What is not included in your registration fees

  • Lodging at Boulder Hot Springs. When you pay for your room, this will give you access to the hot springs, sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor pool

  • Prepared meals at Boulder Hot Springs (two breakfasts, two lunches, two dinners) must be ordered when securing your room. You will pay for these at check-in along with your room fees

  • Transportation to the venue

  • Massage services

Join us for this weekend retreat based around the Japanese meditative art form of kintsugi. We will deepen the experience of kintsugi by exploring through drum, dance, and song the broken moments in our lives and how they add beauty to our souls.

Cancellation Policy

We know life’s currents sometimes change in the blink of an eye. Here is our cancellation policy, just in case.

  • Cancel by January 30, 2026 and receive a full refund minus 9% processing fee

  • Cancel by February 28, 2026 and receive a 50% refund

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations after February 28
